Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]

These Terms govern your purchase and use of “Teesha — The 21-Day Oral Care Reset” (the “Course”), offered at https://myteesha.com by [legal name of the seller / sole trader, country of registration] (“Teesha”, “we”, “us”). By buying or using the Course you agree to these Terms.

1. Who sells the Course

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as our merchant of record and authorised reseller. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, sales tax / VAT and invoicing. When you pay, you also accept the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. Questions about the Course itself go to us at hello@myteesha.com.

2. What you get

A digital, email-delivered educational program: 21 short lessons, a morning and evening routine with check-ins, and bonus materials described on the sales page. The price is a single one-time payment shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.

3. Access

Access is delivered by email immediately after payment. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If you do not receive access within one hour, check your spam folder and contact us.

4. Educational purpose — not medical advice

The Course is general education about everyday oral hygiene. It does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace visits to a dentist or dental hygienist. Do not ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the Course. If you have pain, bleeding, swelling or any other concern, see a dentist. Product mentions are general information, not endorsements, and you are responsible for checking that any product is suitable for you.

5. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Course for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, publish, or redistribute the Course materials or your access links, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of Teesha or its licensors.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 21 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

7. Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the Course accurate and up to date, but research evolves and we do not guarantee any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Course is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes

We may update the Course content and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Changes do not affect purchases already made under earlier Terms where that would be unfair to you.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country / state]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
